Rev. Joe Samalenge is a pastor who was also particularly called to a ministry of deliverance. He is the visionary of Sanctification Ministry. He fell in love with and received Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and Lord at the age of 10. He heard God’s call to ministry at the age of 14. He is very passionate about introducing Jesus Christ to others and equipping Christians to love and serve our Lord Jesus Christ through the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit. Pastor Joe received a Bachelor of Divinity at Africa University in Zimbabwe in 2010 and a master’s degree in Divinity from Drew Theological School in Madison New Jersey in 2014. He has 8 years of pastoral experience and over 25 years of experience in deliverance and evangelism ministries. Him and his wife Rosalie of 12 years reside in Westminster MD. They have three children named Emmanuel, Enoch and Samantha.

Mrs Raya Fundi serves on the Board of Directors at Sanctification Ministry and holds the role of Treasurer. With 25+ years of progressive leadership experience in customer services, sales, finances and accounting, human resource management, immigration, audit, and internal control she bring a wealth of knowledge. She oversees the church’s financial oversight and leads key fundraising initiatives. Her leadership ensures that church resources are managed with integrity, advancing the mission and vision of the ministry.

Minister Mireille Boito is a prophetic voice at Sanctification Ministry, serving as a minister and leading multiple prayer initiatives. She oversees our Lunch Break Prayer sessions, as well as the dedicated Prayer for Children, Expecting Parents, and Fertility. Known for her sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and gift of prophecy, she encourages the church to pursue deeper intimacy with God and walk in spiritual discernment. Minister Mireille is passionate about intercession, spiritual growth, and creating space for God to speak into the lives of His people.
